LEGAL NOTICE

All artwork, graphics, designs, logos, illustrations, mockups, digital files, photographs, and other creative content produced by Royal Custom Design are protected by United States copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of these materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, shared, published, traced, digitized, or used for commercial or personal purposes without the prior written permission of Royal Custom Design.

The purchase of a printed product or digital file does not transfer ownership of the copyright unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Royal Custom Design reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any individual or organization that infringes upon its intellectual property rights, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs where permitted by law.

Trademark Notice:
The name Royal Custom Design, its branding, logos, and associated marks may not be used without written authorization.

Custom Orders:
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, photographs, artwork, or trademarks they submit for customization. Royal Custom Design is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-supplied materials.

ROYAL CUSTOM DESIGN

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Royal Custom Design. By placing an order, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by Royal Custom Design. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, unavailable materials, or suspected fraud.

2. Custom Designs

Custom designs are created according to the customer's specifications.

Once artwork has been approved by the customer, Royal Custom Design is not responsible for spelling errors, grammar mistakes, incorrect dates, sizing issues, or other information approved by the customer.

3. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins on custom orders.

Production will not begin until the required deposit or full payment has been received.

4. Payment

Full payment must be received before printing, production, or delivery unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of purchase.

5. Design Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.

Approval confirms that all text, colors, images, layout, and sizing are correct.

Royal Custom Design is not responsible for errors discovered after approval.

6. Production Time

Production times vary depending on the type and quantity of products ordered.

Estimated completion dates are not guaranteed and may change due to equipment maintenance, supplier delays, weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Shipping

Shipping dates are estimates only.

Royal Custom Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Because every item is custom made, all sales are final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only offered if:

The wrong item was shipped.
The product arrives damaged.
There is a manufacturing defect.
An error was made by Royal Custom Design.

Claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging.

9. Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers certify that they own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, and other materials submitted.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Royal Custom Design harmless against any claims arising from unauthorized use of submitted materials.

10. Copyright

All original artwork created by Royal Custom Design remains the property of Royal Custom Design unless ownership is transferred through a separate written agreement.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or modified without written permission.

11. Color Variations

Printed colors may vary slightly from digital proofs due to monitor settings, printing methods, inks, substrates, lighting, and manufacturing differences.

Such variations are not considered defects.

12. Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with printed apparel and other customized products.

Failure to follow care instructions may reduce product life and is not covered under warranty.

13. Limitation of Liability

Royal Custom Design's liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Royal Custom Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

14. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, artwork, graphics, templates, photographs, marketing materials, and original designs produced by Royal Custom Design are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

15. Cancellation Policy

Custom orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Deposits already paid are non-refundable.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

16. Privacy

Customer information is used solely to process orders, communicate regarding purchases, and improve customer service.

Royal Custom Design does not sell customer information to third parties.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
